◆ The registration of the Births and Deaths in Gujarati is being done under the provisions of the registration of Births and Deaths Act, 1969 and corresponding reles made there under. The O/o chief registrar (Birth and Death) & commissioner of Health , Gujarat state has developed uniform software named "e-olakh" for registration of Births and Deaths and issuance of certificates registered through the system. After implementing this software, the birth and death certificates are being issued through this software under the provisions of section 12/17 of the RBD Act, 1969.
◆ The certificates issued through the software which is accessible at 'www.eolakh.gujarat.gov.in' have unique certificate number to each registered event across the State. These certificates are enabled with quick response code and the authenticity of the certificate can be verified from the website www.eolakh.gujarat.gov.in . These certificates of birth and death are legally valid Government purposes. The process of generation of birth/death certificate through the application is as under.
◆ The events reported by the informants are being registered by the registrars using their id & password and after approval of the registrar , the certificates are being generated electronically and either manual or facsimile signature of the issuing authority appears on the records. The certificates thus generated will be made available in the public portal of the 'e-olakh'.
◆ All concerned departments of Central Governments and State Governments are requested to ensure that the certificates issued by the Registrars/Sub Registrars through the application are accepted and not to insist for original certificates carrying manual signature of the issuing authority. All heads of departments may bring this to the notice of their sub-officers for compliance.
◆ This Circular is being issued in exercise of powers conferred under Section 4 of the Registration of birth and deaths Act, 1969, to enable the general public to get the certificates free of cost from their own home.
● જન્મ કે મરણનું પ્રમાણપત્ર online download કરવા માટે આપની પાસે અરજી નંબર અથવા મોબાઈલ નંબર બંને માંથી એક હોવો જરૂરી છે.
● અરજી નંબર સિસ્ટમ દ્વારા જન્મ કે મરણની નોધણી વખતે રજૂ કરવામાં આવેલ મોબાઈલ નંબર ઉપર SMS થી મોકલવામાં આવશે. જન્મ કે મરણનું પ્રમાણપત્ર online download કરવા સાચવી રાખવો જરૂરી છે.
● દાખલ કરવામાં આવેલ મોબાઈલ નંબર કે અરજી નંબર સાથે linked જન્મ કે મરણનું પ્રમાણપત્ર ઓનલાઈન ડાઉનલોડ કરી શકાશે.
● જો દાખલ કરવામાં આવેલ મોબાઈલ નંબર કે અરજી નંબર ખોટો હશે તો જન્મ કે મરણનું પ્રમાણપત્ર ડાઉનલોડ કરી શકાશે નહિ.
જન્મ કે મરણનું પ્રમાણપત્ર ડાઉનલોડ કઈરીતે કરવું તેની માહિતી :-
● સૌપ્રથમ તમારે ઓફિસિયલ વેબસાઇટ પર જવાનું રહેશે. ઓફિસિયલ વેબસાઇટ પર જવા માટે નીચે આપેલ લિન્ક પર ક્લિક કરો.
● ઓફિસિયલ વેબસાઇટ પર જશો એટલે એક તમારી સામે પેજ ખુલશે. જેમાં તમારે DOWNLOAD CERTIFICATE ઓપ્શન પર ક્લિક કરવાનું રહેશે.
● ત્યારબાદ એક નવું પેજ ખુલશે. તેમાં તમારે Birth અથવા Death બન્નેમાંથી એક પર ક્લિક કરવાનું રહેશે.
● ત્યારબાદ તમારી પાસે Application No. હોય તો Application No. પર ક્લિક કરવાનું રહેશે.
● તમારી પાસે Application No. ના હોય તો તમારે Mobile No. પર ક્લિક કરવાનું રહેશે.
● ત્યારબાદ તમારે એપ્લિકેશન નંબર અથવા મોબાઇલ નંબર નાખવાનો રહેશે.
● ત્યારબાદ તમારે નીચે આપેલ ખાનામાં Captcha Code દાખલ કરવાનો રહેશે.
● Captcha Code દાખલ કરીને તમારે Search Data પર ક્લિક કરવાનું રહેશે.
● ત્યારબાદ તમે Search Data પર ક્લિક કરશો એટલે નીચે પ્રમાણપત્રની Details જોવા મળશે. જેમાં તમારે છેલ્લે આપેલ Download ના ઓપ્શન પર ક્લિક કરીને પ્રમાણપત્ર ડાઉનલોડ કરી શકશો.
