Banas Dairy Amul Farmers Application

Farmers App enables a farmer to keep track of his milk business. It shows him much quantity of milk he is giving to the milk society in morning and evening, what is the amount of fat and SNF , how much he was paid , amount credited in his account, complete passbook of his bank account , compare how much milk he gave last month / year , how much fat SNF was there and how much cattle feed did he buy from milk society

💥 Splash screen :-

This is a splash screen that will appear once you begin using Amul AMCS Farmer's App. This is the initial point from where the user starts using the app. It goes off in a few seconds.

💥 Select Language :-

This window provides two language options, Gujarati and English. The farmer can choose any of these, whichever is comprehensible to him. whatever language he selects, all his data and records will be seen in that language.

💥 Register Device :-

Once you choose the language , this window will pop up that allows you to register farmer's mobile number. Registration of the device is important for authentication purpose and to keep a record of personal data.

💥 Authenticate Account :-

As soon as the registration is successful , the farmer's number has to be verified. An OTP will be generated and sent to the registered number. The farmer need to enter the OTP for successful verification.

💥 Profile Page :-

After successful verification, this window will pop up that shows farmer's detailed profile comprising of personal information like his Name, Member Id, Address and Contact, VDCS Details, and Bank Information.

💥 Dashboard :-

The window displays the milk rate and collection of the past two days segregated based on animal type and shift time. There is also a statistical chart that depicts the milk trends over last two months.

💥 Milk trends :-

It gives a detailed and a broader view of the milk collection and gained profit in the current month as compared to previous months. It is helpful for analysis of varying prices of milk in each month.

💥 User Menu :-

On clicking the menu, a list of options will appear that provides the user the facility to perform any action as per his requirement.

💥 Notifications :-

The notification window contains all messages that notify the user whenever a new record is entered or any modifications have been made in the previous entry. The message shows data like the cade of the cattle, the data on which milk was collected , shift (morning or evening) and milk entry edited. It is important to keep track of user's personal data.

💥 Milk slip :-

Milk slip is provided to the farmer when he sells his milk. It contains information like the code of his cattle, the amount of milk and fat content in it, data and time at which milk was collected and price rate that he was paid for the same.

💥 Passbook :-

It contains user's monetary balance account information like advance, good advance , saving account and overall balance amount.

💥 Milk Balance Account :-

This window shows a full summary of his account that contains data like amount credited or debited to him for his milk, date, and description of cattle. And also total balance amount in his account.

💥 Overall Milk Data Sheet :-

This window describes overall data pertaining to total milk collection, the total amount for that collection, the rate for per liter and month of collection. it helps to keep track of collection and profile each month for a particular financial year.

💥 Monthly Records :-

Shows per day record of that month comprising of date, milk quantity, fat content, milk rate per liter, and total amount earned by selling the milk.

💥 Filter By Date :-

The window allows the user to view the milk collection on any particular date. The procedure follows selection of the shift, animal type (cow or buffalo) , and the date of which the farmer requires the date.

💥 Detailed Milk Slip :-

As per filter, details are shown on the screen that contains code, date, shift, Sr, No. type of cattle , quantity , fat content, amount and time.

💥 Setting :-

This screen give the facility to change the language of interaction. The user can go to this window by clicking on Setting option.

💥 About Us :-

This section gives a short introduction about farmers App and subsequent link to know more about the software.
